2. NATURE OF PLATFORM

Aarunya Telangana operates as:

• A direct seller of certain artisan products, and/or
• A marketplace facilitator for registered artisans, SHGs, cooperatives, and producer groups

Where products are sold by third-party artisans or SHGs:

• SOH Foundation acts only as a facilitator
• The sale contract is between the Buyer and the Artisan/Seller
• SOH Foundation is not the manufacturer unless expressly stated

3. ELIGIBILITY

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• You are not barred under applicable Indian law

4. SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DISCLOSURE

By purchasing from Aarunya Telangana, you acknowledge that:

• Products are handcrafted and may contain natural variations
• Purchases contribute toward artisan livelihood development
• Certain delays may occur due to handloom production timelines

SOH Foundation makes reasonable efforts to ensure fair compensation to artisans.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure accurate representation of:

• Fabric composition
• Weaving style
• Measurements
• Craft technique
• Pricing

However:

• Handmade items may have minor irregularities
• Color variation may occur due to screen settings
• These do not constitute defects

6. PRICING & TAXES (US,other currency to add or manage)

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• GST included where applicable
• SOH Foundation reserves the right to modify prices
• Orders may be cancelled in case of technical pricing errors

7. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
